Right of exchange and return (right of cancellation)
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return period ends 14 days after the ordered product has been received. In order to comply with the deadline for the right of cancellation, it is enough for the customer to send a notification about the use of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. The return must be made without delay.
There is no exchange or return right for products customized for customers.
Please notify us in advance of the return. We will refund the amount you paid via the payment method with which the order was paid. We pay for the return when the product is returned to us. If you have chosen an invoice or installment payment as the payment method and if the product is returned late or if this payment method incurs other costs (e.g. late payment interest), we will not be responsible for these costs, but will only return the purchase price of the product to the customer.
In order to exercise the right of return, you must definitely notify us of the decision to cancel the order by contacting us by email at info@luoniva.fi.
Effects of the right of withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services.
You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.
The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, in its original condition. The product to be returned must have all product markings and labels in place. The product to be returned must not have been substantially changed. All parts, equipment and possible accessories must be included with the return. If the product has been used or handled carelessly, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value of the product up to its full value. The jewelry can also have a transparent sales package, which can be sealed and the return condition can be specified that the seal must be intact. But of course it depends on what your sales package is like, and whether it matters if the product has been tried/adjusted.
Uncollected order
Note! Uncollected shipment is not the same as product return.
If the customer does not pick up the products he ordered, he will be charged a €20.00 delivery and handling fee after the shipment is returned to us. The amount of the fee corresponds to the actual costs of return, delivery and handling. The customer is thus refunded the value of the order minus the delivery and handling fee (€20.00)
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days at the latest in writing or by phone to the contact information mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
