Terms of delivery
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days after the order has been placed. Domestic (Finnish) orders are delivered to Kuusamo Post Office, Matkahuolto, or their parcel lockers, from where they continue on their way. For international orders, we use Posti and GLS ShopDelivery services.
The production time for custom-made products is at least 5 working days unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
Order and payment confirmation
When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible either by e-mail info@luoniva.fi or by calling +35840 537 0648. Save the order confirmation in case you have to contact us. When dealing with us, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can choose the delivery method that suits you when ordering. We deliver shipments to the regions of Finland and Åland and to the following countries:

Shipping costs start at 7.60 euros.
Delivery time
Products sold in our online store are usually dispatched as soon as possible, and no later than three (3) working days after the order has been placed.
If an ordered item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately. If you wish, the order can be shipped once the missing product becomes available. We aim to deliver complete orders.
If components needed for production are temporarily unavailable and cannot be restocked within a reasonable time, the order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery times in Finland depend on the order and the chosen delivery method. Any exceptions to estimated delivery times will be stated in the shopping cart if an item is out of stock, and we will notify you promptly of any delays.
Typical delivery times within Finland:
- Posti small parcel: 2–5 working days from dispatch
- Posti postal parcel: 1–3 working days
- Matkahuolto parcel: 1–3 working days
- International delivery times vary by destination country
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays.
Payment methods
The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy's secure payment environment. The recipient of the most common online banking, card and other payments is Verifone Finland Oy, which forwards the payments to the merchant. With regard to other payment methods, Verifone Finland Oy acts as an intermediary for payment transaction information, in which case Luoniva appears as the recipient of the payment.
